Margaret Safford

John Lewis

John, Margaret’s son, is a managing partner and licensed Realtor® for The Safford Group. John specializes in providing expert representation to both buyers and sellers. As a resident of Gwinnett County for 20 years, and an owner and manager of investment property in the area for several years, John is very knowledgeable of the local real estate market.

Jan Townsend

Jan is our Listing Manager. She is the liaison for the team from the time a home is listed until the property goes under contract. Jan maintains a log of all showings and together with Margaret and John, communicates feedback to the homeowners. Jan manages the Internet marketing, which entails adding photo tours to the Realtor.com® site as well as other real estate web sites. Jan also creates and manages the property brochures. She also oversees other marketing aspects related to the selling of your home.  

Art Cuthbert

Art serves as The Safford Group’s Field Support Representative. Art installs and removes lockboxes and delivers signs and flyers. He is also available to meet contractors, vendors and appraisers as needed.  

Shannon Ribblett

Shannon is The Safford Group’s Licensed Buyer Representative and works exclusively with homebuyers. She listens to what homebuyers want and searches for the finest homes that meet each client’s criteria. Her experience, expertise and knowledge of the market allows each buyer to find the home of their dreams. The Safford Group’s clients consistently receive the utmost attention and professional service.
